PORTAL TERMS OF ACCESS AND USE
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between you (the “User”) and Dual River Ltd (“Dual River”) and sets out the terms and conditions for your access and use of the pages of the Portal of Dual River at URL http://www.dualriver.com (the “Portal”). You acknowledge that Dual River has no obligation to provide the Portal to you or to ensure that you are able to access or use the Portal.
