With Dual River, we are there for you every step of the way and offer comprehensive levels of help and support, fully customised for your business.

Browser Based Management

As a system administrator, you can manage and control almost all aspects of your Dual River system via a simple and secure website access page. Simply log on to undertake common tasks such as adding or removing users or setting up a new email address. Access your system when you want, how you want and at no additional cost.

Staff Training

Included in the purchase price is 2 hours of on-site staff training. This could be one-to-one with your chosen administrator and cover simple systems knowledge, browser based management training and the setting up of call reports for instance. Or it might be a group training session for users to explain every day operations such as 'how to make a call' or 'how to set up voicemail'

As with all things Dual River, the choice and flexibility is yours.

Website Support

You can also visit our website where you'll find a wide array of support information. Look up the functions of your desk phone, review the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page, download a quick reference card (how to make a call etc) or even a full user manual.

All downloads and reference material can be found on our hardware pages and are in easy to read and print pdf format.

Technical Support

All Dual River systems are robust and relatively low maintenance, most of which we perform remotely and in bulk, therefore providing a more efficient service whilst reducing costs still further. We monitor our systems 24/7 so most of the time we can identify a problem and resolve the issue before you even notice. However we also operate a full service technical helpline which you can contact conveniently via phone or email.

One of the distinct advantages in using a web based phone system is the ability to operate remotely, so a costly site visit is unnecessary in most cases. Where a site visit is required our rates are significantly lower making our solution even more cost effective for your business.

The level of your coverage depends on the support package selected and will be agreed prior to installation and documented in your service level agreement.
