Calling outside the office (external) - Dial “1” first and then the number.
Internal Calls – Dial the 3-digit extension which starts with “5”
To redial a number from your "CALLED" list, lift the handset and press the "CALLED" button. Use the down arrow key to scroll to the number you want, then press "SEND" button. You can also do this for returning any incoming call which is found when you press the "CALLERS" button. Please note that you need to lift the handset first.
Note: Your calls connect 3 to 4 seconds faster if you press the “SEND” key right after dialing. This will work for both internal and external calls that you dial.
