Select the “MESSAGE” button and enter your password. Then press zero ("0") for the menu and you will be prompted by the automated voice to record three (3) greetings.
- Press 1 to record unavailable message
- Press 2 to record your busy message
- Press 3 to record your name (This recording is important to assist outside callers with finding you in the company directory)
- Press 4 to change your password
