How to change ring tone or ring volume

To set your ring tone, choose the "menu" key (black button with page that has a folded corner, it is below the button for voicemail).  Option #4 is for Ring Tone, arrow down using the round dial and then push"select." 

There are now sub menus, "Simple," "Classic," "Office," and each has its own list of variations. 

Select one of these, by pressing the "change" option on your screen, and you will see an option to "play."  This will allow you to hear the different rings and choose one that is right for your work environment.  Once you find the suitable tone, press "change."  Then to return to sub menus, press cancel and for main menu, press cancel once more.

 

To have your phone ring silently, press the black key under “dnd” for do not disturb.  Once set you will see a small change on the  screen, “-dnd”  To turn off and have your ring heard again, press the same black key under "-dnd".

To change your ring volume:

While it is ringing use the + or - key on right side of dialpad.
