On your main phone display screen (LCD), along the bottom you will see four options, one being "cwfd" and if you press the black button under this code, your speaker phone will automatically go on, and your display screen will have a prompt to enter the number to receive calls.
Dial 1 and the number you want your calls to go to and then the hash key (#).
OR
If you want your calls to go to an internal extension, dial the 3-digit number (starts with "5") then press the hash key (#).
After a few seconds you will here an engaged signal and the display screen will say "Enter Number" At this point the forwarding is programmed, and you can press the speaker key to disengage and you will see -cwfd on your display screen with a message "Calls Forwarded."
To remove this set up, press the black button underneath -cwfd
