Outside the office - Dial "1" first and then the number.
Internal calls - Dial the 3-digit extension which starts with "5"
To dial using speaker phone, press the bottom clear key with a picture of an audio speaker. Then dial "1" and the number.
To redial a number from your call history:
- Press the black button corresponding to "redial" on the phone's display screen.
- Using the round dial w/ 4 arrows, press the down arrow to scroll back through the calls you've made.
- When you find the number, press the same black button which now has a "dial" command. This will dial the number on speaker phone.
- Just lift handset to switch the call off speaker phone.
