Press the voicemail key (the button with the envelople icon), and you will prompted to enter your password.
Then press “0” (zero) for the voice record options menu and you will be prompted by the automated voice with four tasks:
Press 1 to record your unavailable message- Press 2 to record your busy message
- Press 3 to record your name*
- Press 4 to change your password
*Please be sure to take care of option 3 as outside callers will find you in the company directory with this recording.
