Your phone will flash red above the screen if you have messages. You can pick up the handset or press the “Speaker” key and then press the voicemail key (the button with the envelople icon) and you will prompted to enter your password.
The interactive voice response (IVR) will guide you through the steps. Press 1 to hear new messages.
Quick list of numeric commands:
- Press 4 to go back to the previous message
- Press 5 to repeat the current message
- Press 6 to skip to the next message (previous message will be saved)
- Press 7 to delete a message & then 6 to go the next message. A voicemail message will not be deleted unless you press “7” at the end of it.
- Press 9 to save a message
