To access the phone's menu, press the key showing the icon of a page with folded corner, it is just below the voicemail button.

There are 16 numbered options on the main menu that appear on your phone's LCD.  Use the round dial w/ the 4 arrows to scroll up and down to find the setting you want to change or use.  Then choose "select" following the menu prompts.  Use the 4-way round directional dial button to access options such as "edit" "clear" "save" or "cancel" which will return you to the previous menu or back to the main screen.

Once certain sub-menus are selected, the forward and back arrows will offer options.  Use the black button under “cancel” at anytime to return to the main menu or a sub menu option.

If you make changes you'd like to keep, be sure to push the "save" key.
