4. Calculations provided in Dual River Proposal table include ALL hardware, installation, monthly maintenance including software updates, access to helpline, Telco services, toll calls based on usage in one telephone bill and financing costs.
5. Values are indicative only as they are based on sample phone bill(s) and usage may vary in the future.
6. Cost savings do not include or factor in 'hidden cost savings', some of which are impossible to quantify. Examples include existing maintenance contracts; less administration time spent handling telephony issues; productivity gains from better business practice and feature usage.

The calculations are made using UDC's Business Loan Calculator and is correct as of the date of the proposal.

8. Third party providers may charge a disconnection fee for existing services or an installation fee for new services. Any additional costs will be communicated by Dual River to you prior to contract. Where possible Dual River undertake to negotiate for such fees to be waived, however it is at the third party's discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
9. Information contained within the proposal document is commercially sensitive and of a confidential nature. Information must not be disclosed to any third parties.
